The User Journey

  • 1. Prepare the Meeting: A committee secretary uses a template to create the agenda for the upcoming quarterly board meeting. They attach the relevant financial reports and proposals to each agenda item directly from the document repository.
  • 2. Distribute the Packet: With one click, the secure digital meeting packet is distributed to all board members, who receive a notification to review the materials in the secure portal.
  • 3. Conduct the Meeting: During the meeting, the secretary follows the agenda in the system. As a motion is passed, they record the decision and assign two action items to different executives directly within the interface.
  • 4. Generate and Approve Minutes: Immediately after the meeting, the secretary generates the draft minutes. The system automatically routes the document to the board chair for review and digital signature.
